01/Book a demo

Thirty minutes on your operation, not on our feature list.

Tell us a little about your business and we will come prepared with the workflows that match it. If it becomes clear on the call that Wholara is not right for you, we will say so — that is a useful outcome for both of us.

Fields marked * are required. We use this only to prepare and arrange the session.

Useful if the call needs rescheduling.

Names and versions help us prepare, but are not required.

What would you most like to see? (optional)

A member of our sales team will reply to arrange a time. This form is handled in your browser on this static site and validates your details before submission.

Thanks for reaching out.

A member of our sales team will contact you shortly to arrange a time.

In the meantime, the operating loop and the evaluation guides cover most of what the call will address.

Note: this is a static demonstration site. Your details were validated and not transmitted to a server. Connect a form endpoint to receive them.

What happens on the call

  1. Your operation (10 min)

We ask how you buy, hold, price and ship today, and where the day breaks down.

  2. The relevant workflows (15 min)

A walkthrough of the modules that address what you described — not a full product tour.

  3. Fit and sequence (5 min)

Whether it is worth going further, what a first workflow would be, and what it would take.

  4. What you get afterwards

A written summary of what was discussed and, if it is useful, a scoped proposal with assumptions stated.

Who the demo is for

The most productive calls include the person who owns the problem and the person who would configure the fix. Commonly that is:

  • Operations or general managers dealing with service and stock problems
  • Purchasing leads who rebuild plans by hand each week
  • Commercial leads chasing margin leakage
  • IT or ERP partners who need to assess integration effort

Finance and warehouse representation helps too, particularly if the first workflow touches fulfilment or credit.

How to make it useful

  • Bring one real problem. A stockout, a short pick, a pricing dispute, a month-end reconciliation that took two days.
  • Bring rough numbers. Stock value, locations, SKUs and order lines per month are enough.
  • Bring a sceptic. The person who will use it daily and has seen three other systems fail is the most valuable attendee.
  • Expect questions. We will ask more than we present, because the fit depends on your answers.

No obligation, and no follow-up sequence. If it is not a fit, you will hear that on the call rather than after four reminder emails.

02/Preparation

What to have to hand, if you have it.

None of this is required to book. It simply moves the conversation from general to specific much faster.

A recent stock report

Even in spreadsheet form. It shows the shape of your range and where the ageing sits.

One order that went wrong

The most useful artefact in any demo. We can trace it through order validation, allocation and fulfilment.

Your system names

ERP, accounting, e-commerce, WMS and any EDI provider, with versions if you know them.

Your rough volumes

Locations, active SKUs and order lines per month. Estimates are fine for a first conversation.

A note on data. Please do not send customer, pricing or personal data before a data processing agreement is in place. For a first call, aggregate figures and anonymised examples are entirely sufficient — and we will say so again if you start attaching files.

03/Questions

Before you book

If your question is not answered here, contact us directly.

Thirty minutes is typical, and it is enough for a first conversation. If your systems are complex or several stakeholders join, an hour gives more room. We will agree the length in advance rather than letting it drift.

Yes, and it makes a substantial difference. If you can share an anonymised item file, a customer list and a few months of order lines, we will load them into a sandbox demonstration environment before the call. This requires a data processing agreement first, which we can put in place quickly.

Both, usually — someone who understands distribution operations and someone who can answer integration and data questions properly. If your first call surfaces technical questions we cannot answer on the spot, we will follow up with specifics rather than a general assurance.

Please do. The people who will use the system daily ask better questions than any buying committee. If different stakeholders need different depth, we are happy to run a second, more technical session rather than trying to cover everything in one call.

That is a normal place to be, and it is a perfectly good reason to have the conversation. Many useful calls end with a decision to revisit in six months, or with a narrower problem to solve first. We will not chase you afterwards — you will know how to reach us.

Only with your agreement, and we will ask at the start rather than assume. If a recording is useful for colleagues who could not attend, we are happy to share it with you afterwards.

Say so in the notes and we will structure the call around scope and cost. Pricing is scoped to catalogue, locations, order volume and integration surface, so we still need twenty minutes of context — but we can skip the product walkthrough if you have already seen enough.
